This is kind of a “catch-all” page. If I don’t have a specific place to put the combo, thought or unique move, then this is where it will go. I will add more when I can.
–Unique Strike: I think that the heel palm strike (using the tip of the ulna) is an underutilized strike. It is an easy strike to drive through a target. It can also be used as a short-range strike to the brow of the eye, the chin, or temple. It is also great during ground & pound when mounted.
–Move into opponent’s over hand right or roundhouse kick with a 7 block, then forearm or hammerfist to vagus nerve or mandible.
–Move in with 5,4 (guard up)
–2,1,2 (guard up)
While slipping punches by moving head left with 2, right with 1, left with 2.
–2,2,1,3 (guard up)
–1,2 (tilt left) ,5 (use legs for power)
–1, 2 w/ tilt (solar plexus), 3 (liver)
–1,1,2 (guard up)
–1, Leg Kick
–Inside Leg Kick (use back leg & front leg)
–4 block opponents jab down, 1
–Catch opponents jab with 4 block at the same time you counter jab with 1 head movement and tilt body left, 3,2,3
–2 head movement (slip) while tilting body right, 6, 1, 6
–1 head movement (slip) while tilting body left, 3, 6, 3, Overhand right
–Throw the 2 at odd times, from anywhere. (Bernard Hopkins told this to Rashad Evans)
–Fake a takedown and come with a knee.
–Throw a 2, hand comes half way back and really move into another 2 using all your body weight moving into the strike.
–Throw a 1, bring hand half way back and really move into another 1.
–Side Kick or Foot Jab just above o’s knee.
